  • We should understand that rather than thinking about ourselves and our religion, we must think that we are one and must care about the whole country .
  • Until and unless the relation of politicians and bribery will exist, India may not be able to be called an advanced country but my hats of to those leaders who have grown without money power
  • There must be proper supply of power and water for the improvisation of the industries
  • There is a need to properly channelise the population of the country

HR issues in Texperts India Pvt. Ltd.

Texperts India Pvt. ltd. , a textile trading concern having its dealings in more than 63 countries having good HR policies but I saw a major flaw in adopting the HR policies among the employees because the top management of the organisation is divided in 4 directors . Every director is having a different team and every employee in case of any problem has to report to their respective team leader (director) for eg. if any employee wants to go for a leave has to inform the team leader beforehand and if not possible in any case then must inform the HR head . But once an employee went for a leave not telling his team leader and not even HR head, rather when branch manager asked about him then one of the employee said that he has gone out of station so he will not be able to turn up today . Branch manager was very angry to hear that and he had a short stand up meeting at the same time and requested everyone not to do this . And after that, i did not see any such problem in the branch .
